Below you will find what each plan is built for, how usage is counted, how the one-time report after signup works, and how billing, upgrades and cancellation behave. The short version is that everything is self serve, nothing is unlimited, and you can stop at any time.

Which plan fits you
Pro for part time investors and owners
Pro is for people who price a handful of names a week. You might be bidding on expired auctions, answering inbound offers or checking a few names in your portfolio. You get 150 comp searches and 10 saved reports a month, up to 50 comparable sales per search, the full set of filters, links to the public source of every sale, the estimate with its rationale, PDF and CSV export, saved searches and one seat.
Investor for full time portfolio holders
Investor is for people who think in lists rather than single names. On top of everything in Pro, you get 750 searches and 50 reports a month, bulk appraisal lists of up to 200 names, a portfolio view with an estimate for every name and CSV export, TLD market pages, and two seats. In a bulk list each name counts as one search, so a 200 name list uses 200 of your 750 searches.
Broker for brokers, teams and API users
Broker is for people who justify prices to buyers and sellers for a living, or who want comparable sales inside their own systems. You get 3,000 searches and 250 reports a month, up to 100 comps per search, bulk lists of up to 1,000 names, a REST API with 5,000 calls a month, white label PDF reports with your own logo, five seats with roles, a shared workspace, invoices with your company details, an audit log of exports and priority support by email. Our page for brokers explains how the white label report fits a pitch to a buyer.
Why yearly is half price
Yearly billing takes 50 percent off every plan. Pro drops from 49 to 24 USD a month (288 USD a year), Investor from 149 to 74 USD a month (888 USD a year) and Broker from 399 to 199 USD a month (2,388 USD a year). The yearly option is selected by default on the plan table, and you can switch to monthly with the toggle.
Yearly suits anyone who prices names steadily through the year. Monthly suits a short, busy period, such as clearing a portfolio before renewals or preparing for a large auction.
How usage is counted
Each plan has monthly limits, and they count usage within your billing period.
- A search is one appraisal of one name. Running the same name again counts again. In a bulk list, each name is one search.
- A saved report is a full report you keep in your workspace, with the comps, estimate and rationale, ready to export.
- An API call (Broker only) is one request to the REST API.
Limits reset at the start of each billing period. Deleting a saved report does not return it to your quota, because the work has already been done. Nothing is unlimited on any plan, and there are no add-on packs or credits to buy. If you regularly hit your limits, the next plan up is the way to get more.
What you get before you pay
You can try the product before choosing a plan.
Without an account, anyone can run one search per day on the domain appraisal tool. You see three comparable sales with price, venue and date, plus the estimate range. The rest of the comparable list is locked.
After you sign up with an email and password and confirm the six digit code we email you, you get one full report as a one-time demonstration: all comps, the full estimate and rationale, and a PDF marked "Preview". It does not renew. This is not a free plan, and there is no free plan. To keep searching after that, you choose Pro, Investor or Broker.
How billing works
- Subscriptions only. Each plan is a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly. There are no one-off purchases and no pay per report.
- Card payments use 3D Secure. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by code.
- One subscription per workspace. If you already pay for a plan, choosing another plan changes your existing subscription instead of starting a second one.
- Upgrades charge the difference immediately. Moving from Pro to Investor, from Investor to Broker, or from monthly to yearly charges the prorated difference straight away, and the new limits apply as soon as that payment succeeds. If the payment does not go through, you stay on your current plan.
- Downgrades apply from the next period. Moving to a cheaper plan does not refund any part of the current period.
- Cancel any time in your panel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The subscription then stops, and nothing further is charged.
- Payments are final. Refunds apply only to a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorised charge or a total failure of the service. The full rules are on the refund policy page.
On the Broker plan, invoices carry your company details.
What every plan includes
Whatever you choose, every search runs against the same 128,867 recorded domain sales from May 2021 to May 2026, sourced from public NamePros "Daily Domain Sales" reports. Every sale shows its venue and links to the report it came from. Each comparable has a relevance score from 0 to 100 with up to three plain reasons. Each estimate gives a low, likely and high value, separate wholesale and retail figures, a confidence label and a rationale that cites the comps by name, price and date.
Your searches stay private to your workspace. They are never published and never used to buy names. Every result is a data-backed estimate, not a certified appraisal and not a guarantee of sale price. The methodology page explains how comps are chosen and how the range is set.
Everything is self serve
There are no sales calls, no demos and no custom contracts. You pick a plan, pay by card and start working. Seats are fixed per plan (1, 2 or 5), there is no extra seat purchase and no SSO. If you have a question about billing or your account, write to [email protected].
